Every project begins in the consultation and planning phase. We’ll hold an initial meeting with you and review any existing design plans. If you’re starting entirely from scratch, there’s no need to worry- we can refer you to our design services to begin putting your project to paper. Within this initial phase, we’ll also go over your budget and timeline to remain transparent from the start and confirm realistic expectations.
Once we have all the important details, we can begin with the site preparation and groundworks. This is essential for your property- every strong build needs an unshakeable foundation. We take great care when clearing the land, laying down initial materials and preparing any utilities, with the aim of building a home to last.
Following this, our team then begins the most exciting part of your project, constructing and managing your new home’s progress. In this stage, we construct the integral structure of your property and coordinate with different services to get your property up and running. This is where our clients start to see their ideas come to life, and where our hard work has projects ready by the agreed timeline.
As the project comes to its close, we complete the necessary protective measures. Our team undergoes a final quality check to inspect the property’s safety, energy efficiency and overall performance.
