Once this is complete, we can move into the design phase. This is the stage where your vision starts to take form, and we make sure every detail aligns with what you imagined. At Audnam Build, we take pride in delivering the finest quality, so all designs will be completed by our dependable architect that brings visions to life. We aim to give our clients the creative freedom to fine-tune their design, while managing all technical complexities like local planning standards behind the scenes.

Finally, after your new project designs are complete, our team is then able to provide a full, detailed quote based on the agreed ideas and other relevant specifications. We understand that early designs often evolve, which is why we remain flexible with our quotes. If a client decides to amend or add to the original project specification, we’re happy to revise the original agreements. 

We also want to assist any clients considering a future build but not yet ready. In addition to our comprehensive Design service, we have a separate offering for pre-purchase clients or anyone in need of an early adviser. This specialist service is focused on giving on-the-spot advice, feasibility guidance and an initial briefing that can then be fully developed at a later date.
