Audnam Build was founded by Former Royal Marines Commando, Tim Reynolds. During Royal Marines training, he was awarded the Sherman Trophy, a recognition given for exceptional standards, reliability, and leadership.
The experience taught him the importance of discipline, communication, punctuality, and pride in every task – values that now form the foundation of Audnam Build and the level of service every client can expect.

Yes — we can manage your entire project from concept to completion. Our in-house design service ensures everything is planned correctly before the build begins.
Every project is different, but most extensions take between 8–14 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll give you a clear timeline before work starts and keep you updated throughout.
We offer both options. You can use your own architect, or we can handle the full design and planning process through our trusted local architect.
Yes — Audnam Build is fully insured and all work complies with UK Building Regulations. We also work closely with local authorities to ensure every project meets safety standards.
